Dear Families,

This year, your child will be attending a field trip at The Building for Kids Children's Museum in Appleton.  Your child will also participate in two Discovery Classes, Magnificent Matter and Kaleidoscope.

Where:  The Building for Kids, Appleton

When:  Tuesday, February 5th, 2019

What to bring:  Bag lunch in disposable container or bag (option to purchase school lunch available)

Time: 8:45 - 3:15

Cost:  $11 for admission and discovery classes - DUE BY JANUARY 22, 2019

The cost of our bus transportation is paid for by our Suamico PTO. We are grateful as this is one example of how your fundraising support helps us!

We will depart Suamico Elementary at 8:45. We will eat lunch at the museum. Each child will need to bring a sack lunch in a disposable bag, along with a drink. You have the option to order a bag lunch from school and have the cost subtracted from your child's lunch account. The option appears on the online sign up sheet.

Chaperones are needed. If you would like to chaperone, please email your child's teacher and she will notify you. You will also need to have an approved background check currently on file. If you are not currently an approved volunteer,CLICK HERE to fill out the online application.

Field trips are not covered under the fee waiver policy. If you need assistance paying for your child's field trip, please contact Suamico Social Worker Rachel M at rachmill@hssd.k12.wi.us or 662-5001.

By signing my child up for this field trip, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions of the field trip as stated in the HSSD Parent Handbook.

Thank you,

Mrs. Hanson, Mrs. Hallam, and Mrs. Nyquist
