Our first field trip of the school year to Hillside Apple Orchard will take place on Friday, October 5th. We will depart Suamico Elementary at 9:00am and return to school at 11:30am. The fee for each student is $4.00. Deadline for payment is Monday, September 24, 2018. PTO will be paying for the bus transportation for the field trip.
If you are interested in chaperoning, you will need to email your child's teacher directly, and you will need to have an approved background check currently on file. We will contact you if you have been chosen to chaperone.
For this field trip your child will need: Please Dress for the Weather! We will be outside!!
1. A reusable store bag with handles or an old pillow case, labeled with your child’s name (to carry their pumpkin and apples home in!)
2. Old shoes or rain boots-we will be walking in the orchards and fields!
By completing the online form, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to all terms and conditions of this field trip and I have completed this permission form knowingly and voluntarily. *By signing my child up for this field trip, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions of the field trip as stated in the HSSD Parent Handbook.
